(1) Piston rods for duplex mud pumps:
This piston rod has two kinds, one is: thermal refining and high frequency, the other: thermal refining, high frequency and chroming.
The hardness reach to HRC58-62, Each liner is highly degree of finish. Especially after plating chromium the piston rod has a strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which is widely used for duplex mud pump. At present our piston rods, such as API 1# 3# 4# 5# 6#, have high mechanical strength, good stability. Our products export with locknut, well received by users.

Our piston rods is made of 40Cr or 42CrMo after forging and heat treatment. They have high mechanical strength, high tensile strength, good shock resistance.
