Our pistons are forged of quality alloy steel, such as single-acting piston, double-acting piston, Pistons with Replacement Rubbers, Bonded Urethane Pistons. They are made via heat treatment. The piston rubber are made of special chemigum, polyurethane and so on. They have good operating effects and long service life.
(1) Bonded urethane pistons:
The piston rubber is vulcanized on the piston directly, without plate pinch and snap spring, widely used in all kinds of mud, especially used in high pressure jet drilling and ceramic liner. It can be exchanged with the pistons with replacement rubbers.
A. White Lightning Bonded piston is manufactured from a highly engineered elastomeric compound that provides superior resistance to tear abrasion and extrusion and is capable of operating in fluid temperatures up to 220°F (104˚C). The bonded construction increase run times even at pressures up to 5000 psi.
B. Green piston is a bonded piston that is highly resistant to abrasion and tear. The bonded construction resists extrusion under pressure and restricts movement to reduce the build-up of heat. This bonded piston can be operated in pressures up to 6300 psi.
C. Yellow slip seal piston is capable of operating in fluid temperatures of up to 220˚F while maintaining superior resistance to tear and extrusion. It has reliable performance, quality and high temperature resistance The yellow slip seal piston increase run times at pressures up to 7500 psi.
D. The black supreme piston’s replaceable seal element is manufactured from a specially formulated elastomeric compound that reduce the extrusion of the rubber even at the pump’s maximum pressure rating. The piston body is manufactured from a high strength alloy steel forging and heat treated for durability. The piston can be widely used in all kinds drilling conditions. The black supreme piston increase run times at pressures from 1500 up to 7500 psi.
E. Blue Lightning piston delivers excellent resistance to tear, abrasion and extrusion, and can operate in extremely bad oil drilling operation environment Blue Lightning piston has long service life, increase run times at pressures from 1500 up to 7500 psi.
(2) Pistons with Replacement Rubbers:
The piston hub are made from 40Cr forging steel, which have been processed by heat treatment. The piston rubber are made from special acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, it has superior performance at oil resistance, heat resistance, water resistance. The bottom adopt fiber fabric to strengthen tensile strength, high wear resistance and extend service life. Our products are highly complying with API standard, It keep good performance in various conditions, and it is interchangeable with other API standard piston, and easy to fit out and change.
