Our liners can be used in various drilling operation conditions. Double metal liner coat used in forging steel production, inner sleeve is made of the centrifugal casting high chromium materials. High hardness, wear resistance and long service life. Chromium-plate liners have good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life. High frequency quenching single metal liner widely used in duplex pump drillings. Ceramic liners property is good and have long service life, widely used in high press, high chemical and marine drillings.
Our liners are of good quality, high accuracy, fully complying with API SPEC 7K standard.
(1) Premium Liners:
The coat of premium liners is made from forged blank. Endotheca is made of the centrifugal casting high chromium materials, and the inner sleeve reach HB285-330 after normalizing. honing roughness can reach more than Ra0.8 , after grinding. Our product has the characteristics of the wear resistance, corrosion resistance ,high precision and long service life. Our products can be fitted to all souts of conditions and circumstances.
(2) Hardened Liners:
These liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control ,and the hardness reach to HRC58-62. Each liner is honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth and even wear during the life of the liner and is machined to chose tolerances to assure easy installation and long life. hardened liners offer economy in a liner that is made for normal to mildly corrosive mud conditions.
(3) Chrome-Plated Liners:
Chrome-plated liners made from premium forged steel with the core plated by chrome. They have good corrosion resistance and long service time.
(4) Chrome-Plated Liners:
Ceramic liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. We provide Zirconia(ZrO3) Sleeves as well as Alumina(Al2O3) sleeves, and have good hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. Our ceramic liners can be used in high corrosive marine oil drilling.
