Our valves body and seat are made from alloy steel forgings and alloy steel precision castings. After carbonizing and quenching, the hardness reach HRC58-62 and have high accuracy. Our products are widely used in drilling, workover and fracturing. Variety complete, long service life.
(1) Four muscle valves:
Valve body, valve seat and nut all by forging, after heat treatment they can be HRC58-62. The valve seat cone and wing double support. It have high strength, impact resistance. It suitable for high pressure drilling and accord with API standard
(2) Three muscle valves:
Three-muscle valves has larger displacement than Four-muscle valves. We have two forms of rubber installing: spinning the rubber with nut and directly cover the rubber without nut and accord with API standard.
(3) Three wing valves & Full open seats:
The valves body and stem-guided are manufactured forged, the rubber put directly onto the valves. It has larger emissions than three muscle valves and four muscle valves. It has long service life.
(4) Four wing valves Full open seats:
The valves body and stem-guided four wings manufactured by whole precision casting, the rubber with plate pinch are bolt on the valve body.
(5) Four wing valves Full open seats:
The valve body and four-wing meet with friction welding into a whole, strong and durable.

(8) Four wing valves Full open seats:
Combined valves body and seats: valve guide bar, four claws and pressure plate by mechanical connection. Any parts can be replaced.
(9) High pressure valve body Seat:
Used special alloy steel has been heat treatment can be bear high temperature and high pressure, suitable for high press drilling and fracturing drilling. Widely used in all kinds of plunger pump, high-pressure pump and fracturing equipment.
Valve seat used alloy steel forged. Valve bodies have two patterns:
1. Forged body and alloy steel claw friction welding.
2. Alloy steel whole precision casting. (Use special die cast a whole)
Advantages: large displacement, the full open seat easily removed. The rubber directly onto the valve body.
